Pak g reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If we discover that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited. Each player is permitted to hold one active account on pak g. This means one account per person, per device shared in a household, and per IP address where individual accounts can be reasonably identified. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or payment details — is a violation of these Terms. Pak g employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be suspended, all bonuses and related winnings will be voided, and the underlying funds will be subject to review before any withdrawal is authorised.
When registering on pak g, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and a working mobile number. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false information at registration — including a false name or date of birth — constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.
Pak g's services are provided to players in jurisdictions where accessing such services is not explicitly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak g login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that specific activity. All pak g accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on deposits or withdrawals. What you deposit in PKR is your account balance in PKR. What you withdraw is sent in PKR to your chosen local payment method.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Pak g will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. The monthly administration fee for dormant accounts is Rs 200, applied against the remaining account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be deactivated. Accounts with a zero balance are deactivated automatically after the dormancy period without fee. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
You may request to close your pak g account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any outstanding balance above Rs 200 will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests (see Section 9) are processed as a higher-priority category and are handled separately from standard account closure.
Pak g supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. Pak g does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers or payments from accounts not registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit on pak g is Rs 200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit. However, players who have set voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools will be unable to exceed those limits until the specified limit adjustment period has elapsed. Deposits from payment accounts not matching the registered name on your pak g account will be returned.

Important: Pak g will never ask you to pay a fee to release a withdrawal. If anyone contacts you claiming to be pak g support and requesting a fee to process your withdrawal, this is a fraud attempt. Contact official pak g support immediately via the platform.
New players at pak g are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds once the qualifying deposit is confirmed. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — through duplicate accounts or shared devices — will result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.
All bonus funds on pak g are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. This means if you receive Rs 10,000 in bonus funds, you must wager a total of Rs 3,00,000 before any winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%; crash games contribute 100%; esports bets contribute 80% (settled bets only); live casino games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti) contribute 10%. All bonuses issued by pak g have an expiry period, which is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard expiry period for bonuses is 30 days from the date of issue. Pak g monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing bets on both sides of a market to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; systematic exploitation of free bet or free spin offers across related accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, pak g reserves the right to void all bonuses, withhold related winnings, and suspend or permanently close the accounts involved.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on pak g are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming and others. In the event of a technical failure, server outage, or interrupted connection during a live game round, pak g will make every reasonable effort to determine and record the correct outcome. A bet may be declared void by pak g in the following circumstances: data errors affecting displayed odds or game parameters; game malfunction confirmed by the software provider; bets placed on events or outcomes that did not occur as expected due to circumstances outside pak g's control. Void bets result in the return of the stake to the player's account balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak g platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of relevant funds and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Tier status is calculated on a rolling 30-day basis. Your tier at any point reflects your qualifying wager activity over the preceding 30 days. Tier upgrades are processed automatically within 24 hours of the relevant threshold being crossed. Tier reductions follow the same 30-day rolling calculation — a period of lower activity may result in a tier reduction at the next calculation point.
Weekly VIP cashback is calculated on net losses (total amount wagered and lost, minus winnings received) over the Monday-to-Sunday period. Cashback is credited every Monday before midday. Cashback is real withdrawable cash with no wagering requirements. VIP cashback is not applicable to weeks where the player's net result was a win or break-even. Cashback calculations are final and not subject to retrospective adjustment.
The Diamond Elite tier is by invitation only. Pak g reserves the right to extend or withdraw Diamond Elite invitations at its sole discretion based on overall player activity, account standing and platform loyalty. Minor administrative updates may be made without advance notice. The current version of the Terms is always the version displayed on this page with the most recent "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use pak g after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
